We screen every applicant the same way. No surprises, no hidden criteria. Read through the list and if it fits, start an application.
Income
Combined household income must be at least three times the monthly rent.
Credit
Minimum credit score of 620. We review the full picture, not just the number.
Rental history
Two years of verifiable rental history with positive landlord references.
Background
We run a criminal background check and a national eviction search on all applicants.
Pets
Case by case. Breed and weight limits may apply. Pet deposit required.
Deposit
Security deposit equal to one month's rent, due at lease signing.
